Refunds for Self-Study Materials

All sales of self-study materials digital products are final.  There are no refunds on these products.


Refunds on Webinars and Training Events

The National Center for Interpretation (NCI) reserves the right to cancel events. Full refunds will be provided for NCI-initiated cancellations.  

In general, there are no refunds on webinars and training events.  

NCI is not responsible for participants' technical issues that may limit their access to a webinar or training event.  There are no refund in the event that all or part of an event is missed due to technical issues.  Note that all paid registrants will receive access to a recording of the training regardless of attendance.

Registered participants who must withdraw from a live NCI training event may request a refund. All refund requests must be made prior to the start of the event if possible. Each refund request will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please email us at nci@nationalcenterforinterpretation.com..  Please include the date and name of the event in question, the cost of the event, and the reason for your request.  NCI will accommodate you to the best of our ability.  Accommodations may include registration in another upcoming event.
